Most furniture products require assembly. We offer Warehouse and Private Assembly. The assembly fee varies based on the products purchased.

We offer delivery nationwide for $250TT. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days and approximately 3 to 7 business days for back-ordered items or items requiring assembly.

Yes, you can collect the item/s. For instore purchases, you can collect at the store or at our warehouse.

For online purchases, you can collect at a store of your choice or at our warehouse.

Products come with warranty as follows:

• 3 months warranty on select Minis Appliances
• Up to 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on Electronics
• Up to 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on Appliances
• Up to 10 years manufacturer’s warranty on Mattresses

Extended warranty is also available at an additional cost.

Yes, we do provide custom size orders for mattresses and foam products. If you are interested in a custom order, please email your request with dimensions to customercare@fplustt.com
