You can visit any of our branches with the required documents and speak to a customer service representative to determine which plan best suits your needs.
You also have the option to apply online by completing the form.
Hire Purchase applications are usually approved within one business day, however, the approval process may take longer if the information provided by the applicant requires further verification.
Customers that have recently completed a Hire Purchase plan and are in good financial standing can apply for a new account using 1 form of picture ID and a recent pay slip no older than 1 month.
You can still apply for hire purchase using a Utility Bill on the Landlord’s name accompanied by the rental agreement or a permission letter authorizing use of the bill and a copy of their ID.
You can pay your hire purchase installments as follows:
- Pay at any of our 7 branches. Please refer to Our Stores section for more information.
- Pay at any BillExpress location nationwide. Contact 623-6000 to determine the opening hours of the Bill Express outlet in your area.
- Pay via Bank Transfer to our Republic, First Citizens or Scotia Bank account. Once the payment is made, you must take a photo of the receipt and email to hpdepartment@fplustt.com along with the name on the hire purchase account, account number and a telephone contact.
